Terms of use

These terms apply to the internal Postiz KeyToDream installation operated by Masbalt.

1. Service and users

Postiz KeyToDream is an installation of Postiz used to prepare and manage content for Masbalt's social accounts. Access is intended for people authorized by the company. Masbalt operates this installation; TikTok, Meta and the Postiz project are separate entities.

2. Account connections

Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage and grant permissions needed for your work. Check the profile identity on the authorization page. Keep credentials confidential and notify Masbalt of suspected unauthorized use.

3. Content and authorization

Users are responsible for uploaded materials, descriptions, schedules, rights to images, video and music, and necessary consent from people represented. Send only content you are entitled to use and check the destination account before confirming.

By confirming an operation, you authorize processing and transmission of the necessary data and content to the selected platform. Scheduling a post authorizes transmission at the chosen time, within available functionality.

4. TikTok functionality

When upload without posting is selected, content is sent to TikTok so the user can continue editing and confirm publication in TikTok. Connecting an account does not guarantee direct or public posting. Test functionality, permissions and API approvals remain subject to TikTok's rules.

5. Permitted use

Comply with applicable law and the rules of connected platforms. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access or evasion of platform restrictions. Masbalt may suspend internal access after an incident, loss of authorization or misuse.

6. Availability and results

The service depends on Masbalt's server, connectivity and third-party services. Outages, expired authorization, API limits or content rejection may prevent upload or publication. Users should check operation results and retain copies of important materials. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy and ending access

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect channels and revoke permissions on social platforms. For local account closure or deletion requests, contact info@masbalt.md. Previously published content must be managed separately on the relevant platform.

8. Changes and contact

Masbalt may update these terms to reflect changes to the service. The current version and update date appear on this page. Questions and support: info@masbalt.md.
