Privacy policy
This policy explains the use of data in Postiz KeyToDream, the Postiz installation operated by Masbalt at postiz.keytodreamsolutions.com.
1. Purpose
People authorized by Masbalt use this internal application to prepare and manage content for the company's social accounts. A social platform connection is enabled only after the relevant account authorizes it. Features depend on the permissions granted and the platform's approvals.
2. Data processed
- Local Postiz account details, such as email address and information needed for authentication.
- Connected social account identifiers and profile information provided under approved permissions, such as display name and profile image.
- Access and refresh tokens needed to maintain social platform connections.
- Text, images, videos, drafts, schedules and the outcomes of operations requested through the application.
- Technical information needed for operation and troubleshooting, such as IP address, request time, errors and browser information. Infrastructure providers may process this information for delivery and security.
The TikTok integration may use profile information and permissions to upload content. When upload without posting is used, the user completes the post in TikTok. Other features are used only when available and authorized.
3. Uses of data
Data is used to authenticate users, identify the correct account, prepare and send user-requested content, maintain schedules, display results, protect the service and resolve issues. Data obtained through social integrations is not used for data sales or behavioral advertising.
4. Storage and recipients
The Postiz installation and its database are hosted on a server managed by Masbalt. Cloudflare provides connectivity and delivery services for the domain. Necessary content and technical information are sent to connected social platforms for authorized operations. Social platforms and infrastructure providers may process data in other countries under their own policies.
Internal access is limited to authorized operators and administrators. Masbalt does not request TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Google passwords in the Postiz form: social authorization takes place on the relevant providers' pages.
5. Retention and deletion
The retention policy aims to limit data to the period needed to manage accounts, content and requested operations. Actual periods vary with data type, use and applicable obligations. Deletion from Postiz does not automatically delete content already published on social platforms; published content must be managed separately on the relevant platform.
6. Your controls
To request information about processing, access, correction or deletion, contact info@masbalt.md. Identify the account and your request without sending passwords or tokens. Masbalt may verify your identity and authority over the account before acting.
You can disconnect a channel in Postiz and revoke the app's access through the social platform's settings. Revocation ends future authorized access but does not automatically erase previously stored data; you can request deletion separately.
7. Cookies and these pages
Postiz authentication may use cookies or session data needed to operate. These information pages contain no forms, analytics modules or advertising scripts added by Masbalt. Hosting infrastructure may use its own security mechanisms and technical logs.
8. Updates and contact
